The delivery may be delayed during promotions or campaigns, due to high order increment. The time periods are only indicative, though representative of average delivery times. In any case, there cannot be grounds for compensation or cancellation of your order or refund, as Dreambooks cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery problems.
If the order is not delivered within 1 month from the date of acceptance, you have 15 days to inform the brand. In this case, either a new printing of the order will be made without extra expenses, or you will be refunded of the amount paid, knowing that the choice between the two options belongs only to Dreambooks.
Item not delivered
It is the obligation of the user to ensure the proper reception of the order. This includes the provision of complete and accurate delivery address as well as an electronic mailbox bearing the recipient's name. In the case of return of your order to Dreambooks, following an error on the client´s behalf (e.g. incorrect / incomplete / unknown delivery address refused acceptance of the delivery, unclaimed object at the postal station within the prescribed period), you cannot claim any compensation or reprint. Since it´s return to Dreambooks implies shipping costs, a referral can be made, and the customer must pay for the shipping costs. In order to preserve ou customer´s privacy, all orders returned will be destroyed within 15 working days of it´s return to our facilities, if the customer refuses to pay additional shipping fees for a redelivery or neglects to respond to our contacts via customer support.
Order damaged by transport
If your order is delivered in a degraded state, please contact the Customer Service and send by email a photo as proof of damage. Dreambooks will reproduce and send you your order again if necessary.
If your order is still in production, it means that we have found a problem in your order that requires special attention. You will be notified via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
If the order has been dispatched and the delivery is taking longer that announced, please check the following information:
- Confirm that the delivery address on the email of order confirmation is complete and correct;
- The recipient's name is clearly indicated on the mailbox;
- The postman has left your order with a neighbour or the doorman;
- Check if your order is not at the Post Office. The postmen doesn't always leave notice;
- If none of these situations are confirmed, please contact our Customer Support Line.
The packaging for shipment of our products is made from 100% recyclable material. All of our packages are developed considering its environmental impact. These packages are aimed to recycling and / or reuse. They are perfect for packaging products and provide all necessary protection in transport with moisture or dust. All products are securely packed according to the respective product.
